my visa is now APPROVED!!
Today at 4:50pm Seattle time I got a call from the French consulate in San Francisco saying that my visa is now APPROVED!! I just need to buy a plane ticket and they will mail it to me.

the falling US dollar
I am planning on going to France in May.
The US dollar continues to fall against the Euro. 'It appears at a time that I am fully supported, but there is always the unknown factor which can intervene at any time'.
Since my quota was set ,in June 2007, it has fallen even further. At this point my departure won't be delaying but I am at 85% of my monthly goal.
